Usage: Add 10–20% per volume to paint. Thin with 4011 Reducer as needed.
Allow paints to air dry at room temperature (60°F or above). Use moving air to accelerate drying — avoid heat curing.

4030 Balancing Clear

4030 Balancing Clear is a urethane-based clear designed to improve flow, leveling, and durability while enhancing adhesion on flexible or non-porous surfaces.

Benefits:

• Reduces tip-dry

• Improves leveling and smoothness

• Increases scratch resistance and adhesion

• Maintains flexibility for bendable substrates

Usage: Add 10% 4030 to paint, thin with 4011 Reducer (10–25%), and allow 10+ minutes acclimation before spraying.

4011 Reducer is the recommended thinner for all Createx paints and clears, designed to improve flow, atomization, and spray performance.

• Allows smooth, even application

Usage: Add 5–10% per volume, up to 20% when needed. Allow 10 minutes before spraying to fully acclimate.

Application Guidelines

• Mix thoroughly in a separate cup before spraying

• Apply in medium-wet coats with 50% overlap

• Allow full dry between coats

• Recommended airbrush: 0.3–0.5 mm tip, 25–30 psi

• Recommended spray gun: 1.2–1.3 mm tip, 18–22 psi inlet

Storage & Pot Life

• No pot life when stored airtight

• Keep between 60°F and 80°F

• Use reduced mixtures within 12 hours for best performance

Cleaning

• Use 5618 Airbrush Cleaner or 4011 Reducer for general cleanup

• Use 4008 Restorer for deep cleaning dried paint

• Avoid harsh solvents before paint is fully cured
