Shipping, Payments & Returns

Shipping

We ship everything from our own warehouse in Oldsmar, Florida.
All products available on our website are currently in stock. 99.4% of orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday.

Signature on delivery is NOT required for any order. If you would like signature confirmation added to your shipment, please add an order note and contact us after placing your order, and we will be happy to add it.

Shipping Protection (optional):
At checkout, you can add Shipping Protection — an optional paid service processed and operated by the third-party app CWILL. It makes it easy to file a claim and get reimbursed quickly if your package is lost, damaged, or misdelivered in transit.

Please note: SprayGunner is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or misdelivered by the carrier once they leave our warehouse.
- If you purchased Shipping Protection: submit your claim through CWILL directly from your account interface — it only takes a few minutes.
- If you did not purchase Shipping Protection: claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Local shipping:
You are eligible for free shipping within the US for all orders over $85, and all orders will ship with the tracking number provided.

International shipping:
USPS is our preferred shipping partner. However, we can also use UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Please contact us for any special shipping requirements.
SprayGunner is not liable for any VAT/customs/duties fees unless otherwise noted/discussed.

Attention international buyers:
When ordering from our US store, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of the United States of America may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, and they are the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide a commercial invoice for import, but we can only include item cost plus shipping. The buyer is responsible for paying all other charges if any apply.

Payments

Accepted payment methods include PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), also processed by PayPal.
We highly recommend PayPal as the most secure and convenient way of making online payments. The registration is free and simple. PayPal protects the interests of both the buyer and the seller. PayPal will cover your back, even if you are buying from an unknown website, to be sure that you receive the product for which you paid.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
