Usage: Mix 10–20% per volume with Createx paints. Thin as needed with 4011 Reducer for improved flow. 5092 ensures your paint flexes with the surface, preventing cracking or lifting after curing.

Drying: Allow to air dry at room temperature (60°F or above). Use moving air instead of heat to assist drying.

4030 Balancing Clear – 4 oz

Durability and Flow Enhancer
4030 Balancing Clear improves paint flow, atomization, and surface leveling while adding strength and adhesion. It’s especially useful when painting non-porous or flexible surfaces.

Benefits:

• Increases durability and scratch resistance

• Improves spray performance and leveling

• Reduces tip-dry

• Enhances adhesion to plastics, foam, and resin

Mix Ratio: Add 10% 4030 to paint, then thin with 4011 Reducer (10–25%). Let stand 10 minutes before spraying.

• Mix thoroughly in a separate cup for 1 minute before spraying

• Airbrush: 0.3–0.5 mm tip / 25–30 psi

• Spray gun: 1.2–1.3 mm / 18–22 psi inlet pressure

Storage and Pot Life

• Store airtight between 60°F and 80°F

• No pot life when stored properly sealed

Cleaning

• Use 5618 Airbrush Cleaner or 4011 Reducer for routine rinsing
