I have been using mine for several years 2-3 times a week for water based paints exclusively. Absolutely great airbrush. Keep it clean and it will last a long time. No need to spend a bunch of money on an airbrush. I am going to buy a second one just for doing clear coat. I also own 2 others by them and have had no troubles with them.

Hands down one of the best airbrushes I own. This is the second trigger style airbrush I have purchased, and one of the most notable differences is that you can feel the dual action "switch" on both pressing AND depressing the trigger. My other ($90 price range) trigger styles' dual action is muted on depressing the trigger. That speaks volumes to the quality and attention to detail that you don't see on paper. The Creos PS-290 airbrush is actually a better value than my first one once you take into account the superior build quality and finish. I would buy another without hesitation. If you are considering a trigger style, this one will not let you down.

Not exactly the quietest, but certainly below speaking volume. With the 1 liter tank it doesn't make noise for long before it's pressurized, and it provides consistent air flow enough for two airbrushes with no jittering.
