Behind the Curtain at SprayGunner HQ with Spaghetti Miniatures!

A tour of our Florida facility by Giovanny from Spraghetti Miniatures:

Here at SprayGunner HQ in Tampa, Florida, we always love it when passionate members of the hobby community stop by. Recently, we had the absolute pleasure of opening our doors to a very special guest: Giovanni, the incredibly talented artist behind the popular YouTube channel, Spaghetti Miniatures!

Giovanni brought his camera along to give his viewers a rare, all-access, behind-the-scenes look at how the world’s coolest airbrush store operates. We are thrilled to share some of the amazing highlights he captured during his tour of our facility.

Exploring the Showroom and Paint Selections.

The tour kicked off in our public showroom, where Giovanni was instantly greeted by our awesome, custom-painted SprayGunner octopus mascot—a fun representation of how our equipment reaches every corner of the airbrushing community, from massive automotive spray guns to the finest detail brushes.

As a master miniature painter, Giovanni naturally gravitated toward our massive hobby paint sections. He had high praise for the AMMO by MIG Atom & Ionic lines and the new Kaleido thinner with retarder. He noted that the Kaleido thinner is arguably the best on the market right now for working with fine-detail needles, allowing artists to paint for long stretches without constantly cleaning the tip. He also checked out our massive walls of Vallejo and Createx Illustration colors, proving that if a painter needs it, we probably have it on the shelf!

A Mountain of Spare Parts.

One of our biggest goals at SprayGunner is to make sure our customers always have the components they need to keep their favorite tools running smoothly. As we walked through the aisles, Giovanni admired the number of airbrush parts we carry. From endless bins of Iwata and GSI Creos parts to Badger components, he was blown away. He even pointed out that we carry replacement parts for out-of-production airbrushes, like the Harder & Steenbeck Colani, making us the ultimate destination for bringing older airbrushes back to life.

Into the "Belly of the Beast."

Next, we granted Giovanni VIP access to our employee-only warehouse section —a massive space he lovingly called the "belly of the beast." Here, he got to see where the magic happens and check out our towering stock aisles.

He gave great shout-outs to the Harder & Steenbeck Ultra and Evolution lines, noting that he highly recommends them to beginners. But he truly lit up when checking out our selection of precision Japanese tools. We were so proud to hear him point out that one of Spaghetti Miniatures' most favorite airbrushes - GSI Creos PS-771 - is stocked heavily on our shelves. He noted that SprayGunner helped make GSI Creos popular in the United States, bringing their unbeatable blend of high Japanese quality control and affordability to the market.

He also spotted a brush very close to his heart: the Richpen 222B Phoenix. Giovanni actually helped launch this incredible detail brush last year, and it was a special moment to see his genuine excitement finding it sitting on our warehouse shelves ready to ship.

Before leaving the warehouse, he took a nostalgic look at the Iwata HP-BH (his second airbrush ever, which he admits to putting through the wringer) and the legendary Iwata Eclipse, which he noted is likely the best-selling airbrush in the world due to its unmatched versatility.

Community at the Core:

Beyond the tools and paints, Giovanni also experienced the heart of our local community. Visiting the day after one of our weekly gaming nights, he was amazed at our sprawling wargaming and diorama section. He loved seeing the tables where local hobbyists pack the house to paint, play Warhammer or Trench Crusade, and share their love for the craft.

We want to send a huge thank you to Giovanni for stopping by, touring the solvent storage room, checking out our No-Name brand gear, and sharing our headquarters with the world.
