Effective Date: December, 1st 2025

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital 3D file created by TIUS Corp, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any content.

1. Parties to the Agreement

This Agreement is made between TIUS Corp (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the purchaser and end user of our digital content.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into this Agreement.

2. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement governs the purchase, download, and use of:

• Digital Files: All downloadable 3D model files created by TIUS Corp, including .stl files and other formats suitable for 3D printing.
• 3D Printed Models: Any physical models created by you using the Digital Files.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All Digital Files and 3D Printed Models based on those files are the exclusive intellectual property of TIUS Corp.

You acknowledge that:

• All content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
• No ownership rights or commercial rights are transferred to you.
• This is a license to use, not a sale of intellectual property.

All trademarks, brand names, and design elements remain the sole property of TIUS Corp.

4. License Grant – Personal Use Only

Upon purchase, TIUS Corp grants you a permanent, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal use only.

Under this license:

• You may use the Digital Files to create 3D Printed Models for your own personal, home use only.
• You may store the Digital Files on one device at a time, with one additional backup copy allowed.
• You may not share, transfer, or distribute the Digital Files to any other person, organization, or online service.
• You may not use the Digital Files for any commercial, professional, or client-facing purpose.

Commercial use is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Selling 3D Prints
• Selling modified versions
• Mass production or manufacturing
• Use in a business, shop, studio, or workplace
• Use in promotional materials, advertising, or displays
• Use on streaming platforms or in monetized content without written permission

Personal use does not include use for employers, clients, customers, or any third party.

5. Restrictions on Modification, Sharing, and Reproduction

You agree to the following restrictions:

5.1 No File Sharing

You may not:

• Share the Digital Files
• Upload them to any website, cloud drive, file-sharing service, or marketplace
• Email, sell, trade, gift, or otherwise distribute them

5.2 No Editing or Reverse Engineering

You may not:

• Alter, modify, or edit the Digital Files
• Convert them to other file formats for redistribution
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or repurpose any part of the Digital Files
• Scan or replicate 3D Printed Models to create new digital files

Minor personal adjustments (scaling, mirroring, slicing for printing) are allowed only for private use, and may not be shared.

5.3 No Mass Production

Digital Files may be used only with home 3D printing equipment.

No injection molding, resin casting, third-party manufacturing, or any form of mass production is allowed.

5.4 Third-Party Print Services

If you require a third-party printing service for personal use, you agree that:

• The service may only print for you,
• They must delete all Digital Files immediately after printing,
• They may not retain, store, or share any portion of the files.

6. No Resale or Commercial Exploitation

You agree that neither the Digital Files nor the 3D Printed Models may be:

• Sold
• Traded
• Bartered
• Given away publicly
• Distributed at events
• Included with products
• Offered for download
• Displayed commercially

If you desire commercial rights, separate written licensing terms must be negotiated with TIUS Corp. Unauthorized commercial use is a violation of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

7. Liability and Indemnification

You are solely responsible for the safe, lawful use of the Digital Files and 3D Printed Models.

TIUS Corp shall not be liable for:

• Damage to equipment
• Printing failures
• Loss of data or revenue
• Personal injury from improper use
• Any consequential or incidental damages

You agree to indemnify and hold TIUS Corp harmless for any claims arising from misuse of the Digital Files or 3D Printed Models.

8. Warranty and Support

TIUS Corp warrants that:

• Digital Files will download correctly and match the description provided.

TIUS Corp does not warrant:

• Compatibility with specific printers or hardware
• Print quality or success rate
• Suitability for any particular application

Support for technical issues may be provided at our discretion.

If file corruption or download issues occur, you must notify us within 30 days of purchase.

9. Termination of License

TIUS Corp may terminate this license immediately if:

• You violate any term of this Agreement
• You misuse or redistribute the Digital Files
• You engage in unauthorized commercial activity

Upon termination:

• You must delete all Digital Files permanently
• You must destroy all 3D Printed Models if requested
• No refund will be issued

All terms regarding restrictions, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.

10. Data Collection

TIUS Corp may collect basic information necessary to process your order, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Billing/shipping address
• Phone number

Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment processors.

Your data will not be shared except as required to fulfill and support your order.

11. Severability

If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect. Terms may be narrowed by a court only to the extent necessary to make them enforceable.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida for all disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement.

13. Updates to Terms

TIUS Corp may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued purchase or use of Digital Files constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

By purchasing or downloading TIUS Corp Digital Files, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
