I normally have great service and products from SprayGunner, but we hit a major snag here. When I ordered my “minigun by no-name”, I ordered and paid for the version with both .8mm & .6mm needle/nozzle/air cap sets. The .6mm set was out of stock for months. I asked SprayGunner if the .6mm set would be automatically sent to me when back in stock, and I was assured it would be.
I received a notification a few weeks back that the .6mm was back in stock. I sent several emails / messages to SprayGunner reminding them that I was still waiting. The messages/emails fell on deaf ears, and phone contact just isn’t something they do apparently.
Since I really wanted to complete my setup, I had to PURCHASE the .6mm set AGAIN for an additional $30. I am utterly in shock at the lack of communication and customer service on THIS product only.
I’ve always had great customer service from SprayGunner, but they really dropped the ball here. I’d gladly update my review, if they would simply refund my $30 + tax/shipping.
I’m sorry to leave this review SprayGunner, but I can’t seem to get attention to the matter any other way.
On a side note, my last several packages (I order weekly) have seen a decline in packaging quality/care, and no “Packed by” card in the box either.
