- Prep matters: wash parts to remove oils and mold release; scuff or prime smooth plastics and metals for consistent tooth.
- Mix for the job: start with 4011 Reducer for flow; add 4030 Balancing Clear to improve adhesion on non-porous surfaces; use 5092 Flexible Additive for latex masks, urethane rubber, and EVA foam.
- Build thin coats: spray multiple light passes, allowing proper flash between layers to keep films flexible and smooth.
