Why enamel washes?

For rust, combine Sector Rust with a touch of Dystopian Brown and stipple after the wash stage. For undead or alien tinges, glaze with Ichor of the Damned or Coelia Green; for blood and meat tones, finish with Carrion Crimson. Allow adequate drying time between layers and protect finished work with a clear varnish.
