SURFACE PREPARATION

1. Allow the final coat of basecoat to dry to touch prior to applying C-800 ICON CLEAR.

2. Use a tack cloth to remove any surface contaminates that may have settled on the basecoat.

3. Apply C-800 ICON CLEAR. PREVIOUSLY FINISHED SURFACES: 1. Sand surface with P600 wet or dry, and then clean with R-S200 SURFACE CLEANER. REMEMBER TO STIR THIS PRODUCT BEFORE USE. MIXING RATIO 2:1 2 parts C-800 ICON CLEAR to 1 part A-S060, A-M070 or A-F080 ACTIVATOR. NOTE: Substrate temperature for application minimum 50 °F and maximum 100 °F APPLICATION INFORMATION Apply 2-3 full wet coats with 50% overlap. Pot Life 3-5 hours @ 70° F/21° C depending on temperature, humidity and activator selection.

CLEAN UP INSTRUCTIONS Clean all equipment immediately after use. At the same time, flush out all fluid lines and carefully clean pressure pots. Use clean solvent only. It is also good practice to periodically clean the spray tip or the fluid tip/air cap combination during the course of the working day or shift. Coating category: Clear coating. Actual VOC does not exceed 4.3 Lb/gal (516 g/L). Regulatory VOC does not exceed 4.3 Lb/gal (516 g/L). RFU VOC does not exceed 4.18 Lb/gal (501 g/L).

IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/ shower. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
