A great airbrush

This airbrush is not just sub $100.00 range but rather one of the best air brushes one could buy.
Combine the precision machining of the Micron with the ease of cleaning a Badger Patriot and it’s a no brainer. And with a MAC valve? I’m done buying airbrushes.

The best for the price

Omar packed the GSI Mr. Procon boy 270 well, successfully arrived to Hungary. Many thanks!
The gun itself had two minimal inperfection on the rear side which almost invisible but could scratch your hand/finger, paper towel also. After minimal polishing work with a Dremel rotary tool these completely eliminated. 😊 For the price is ok for me. The others is equal than the other comments: it is superb airbrush, concidering rhe price it is the best i think. In Europe the price is 3 times higher.

PS-270 - Excellent Airbrush

I really like this airbrush!
I am a 3 week newbie to this hobby and started with a Master G233, returned it, a $15 EBay Airbrush - stuck with it, and a Paasche Talon, which I returned. Fed up with poor quality, I bought a H&S Infinity CR + and really like it.
I saw good reviews of Mr Hobby by Barbatos Rex and Mikes Brush on YouTube so I thought I'd give these a try. I bought the PS-270 (O.2), PS-289 (0.3) and PS-290 (0.5) Trigger. So far, these are REALLY great airbrushes.
Benchmarking this 270 against my H&S, I'd say they are somewhat on par as far as build quality and atomization of paint. Mr Hobby is in the same league. I find the 270 sprays really smooth, but on fine detail with the same nozzle, my H&S Infinity, with my limited skillset, out performs it. But, I like the trigger pull and functioning on the Mr Hobby BETTER than my H&S. I have more reliable control. And this has a Mac valve on the gun body. Sweet!
The 270 seems to clean up easier than the HS. The nozzle assembly is smaller, so I don't get much paint build-up on the front end, and the cup area cleans a LOT easier. The HS nozzle comes completely apart easier than this, but the 270 seems to clean up so much by running cleaner through, I didn't need to take the front cap off yet, I pull the 270 needle and its really clean. Each tool has its job to do, and this PS-270 does it well. If you are new to this hobby like I am, Mr Hobby is a great place to start. I got my 3 MR Hobby Airbrushes for about what I paid for my HS InfinityCR+ 3 in 1. Although the H&S is (IMHO) a better quality and performing tool, it is reflected in the pricing.
I'd rate this Mr Hobby PS-270 as a SUPERB value. It's a keeper! You'll be VERY happy with this airbrush- give it a try!

Great brush for detail.

Ive only shot with it three times. I did only detail wich is what i got it for. Build quality is up there with Iwata. I will buy more of this brand, the 771 and 289.I highly recommend this brand..
