GSI Creos Mr.Hobby have realized brighter color development, the hiding force of the surface color, and stronger coating. In the new product Mr.Color GX also, GSI Creos has realized high quality paint for the model without using “toluene” at all.
This paint can be mixed with Mr.Color currently on the market and use Mr.Color Thinner for dilution or Leveling Thinner.

Creos Gx100

Among the most popular clear coats. Personally I dilute it 1: 3 with Creos Leveling, even if it requires many layers to be sanded. Above the decals, the first coats should be sprayed like fog and only then until the surface is wet.

As with all lacquer paints and clear coats, wear a mask. This clear coat goes on clear an smooth. I suggest pairing it with the Mr. Hobby leveling thinner for best results.

Love this clear. Looked high and wide to find anything close when it was sold out. I keep going back to this, it dries very quickly, glossy and tough. Works best with Mr. Hobby Leveling thinner.
