The cards were in great condition as expected but did not arrive on time

I had placed an order for the cards along with other supplies. I got everything I ordered except the cards and 1 pot of paint which both were included on the packing slip but missing from the shipment. I reached out to Customer Support via email Wednesday night upon inspecting the shipment notifying them of the missing Items. I called in the early afternoon to make sure my email was received and hoping you had the items as they were needed for a tournament I was to be playing in on that Saturday. The items arrived late again. They did not arrive until Saturday the day of the tournament after it had already started. I never received any backorder notifications. I did get my entire order just later than I cared for. Overall I was pretty disappointed as my orders with you went through without any issues , were shipped and delivered lightning fast. If it wasn't for Uli this would have been a 1 star review. Uli got missing items out promptly and was very professional on the phone.
