A basic, but indispensable color set for painting German vehicles in the popular Dark Yellow color as used during World War II. The modeler can apply the base color with acrylic paint Dunkelgelb DUNKELGELB, make a wash of color with BROWN WASH FOR GERMAN DARK YELLOW and make streaking grime effects with STREAKING GRIME. With just one set the modeler can get everything necessary to obtain a nice and balanced vehicle in this color.

Ammo by Mig German Tanks Weathering Starter Set

This is a nice, useful, basic set if you build WW2 German armor. I really didn't need the bottle of Dunkelgeb acrylic paint, but, it's good stuff and I do use it. I find the Ammo paints spray nicely when thinned with lacquer thinner or Mr Levelling Thinner, even though they are acrylic. I bought the set for the Streaking Grime and Brown Wash, both of which are enamel. I like the pre mixed washes for repeat consistency versus making my own, over and over. You do need to let the Ammo acrylics dry a few days before applying a wash, and a good, clear, sealer is still recommended. You can use the washes on any tank, too. Not guat German.
