Great chrome

Great chrome paint, probably an alcohol similar to Green Stuff World chrome, went on Alclad Gloss Black and Wicked Gloss black without issue.

Excellent Chrome

This paint is better than alclad for chrome, but, i tried it over gloss black, and because is strong, usually reactivates the paint, and lose the shine, so, i've tried that mixing it 50/50 with Iso. alcohol reduce the effect and it works wonders.
