Great product, great quality. It is rock solid and doesnt leak like some. I especially like the larger knob allowing more precise adjustment. I have an H&S and a Badger with smaller knobs. I like this one the best.

I've already got a pressure regulator/moisture trap on my compressor... so why the G-MAC?
I don't like my compressor yelling into my delicate earballs, so I keep it on the floor and somewhat outta reach.
The G-MAC takes care of that for me. Sure, it adds an inch and a half to my gun assembly - but it weighs near nothing, doesn't get in the way inside my small spray booth, and provides quick on-the-fly air pressure adjustments.
Now if only they could make one with a tiny lil' pressure gauge so I could know exactly what PSI I'm shooting, but beggars can't be choosers, and for the price point, I'm more than happy.
Grex is keeping American manufacturing alive, and thank goodness for that. Clean, smooth threads and tough steel components. This thing will last me a lifetime, I'm willing to bet.

This is very nice, I like the size of the adjusting knob. It gives a full three turns of adjustment just like Grex says. Also there is a stop to prevent you from accidentally unscrewing it all the way out. The quick connect portion worked great mating with Grex plugs. It wouldn't accept my Paasche branded plugs but I have heard that those are non-standard, so if you have Paasche brushes then be sure to buy the correct plugs to work with this GMAC.

Perfect fit, got very fine control over the air pressure without touching your main pressure valve.

I was hesitant in making this purchase. as its an item not completely necessary unless youre using multiple brushes. Theres also an endless amount of variants online at competitive pricing. However, out of the box I could immediately tell quality just by holding it (its a lot heavier than youd expect). Grex has always had high quality in my opinion. And this piece of equipment was machined with the same care as their brushes.

Such a small item might make it hard for you to justify the purchase. Well I can say this, if youve already been thinking over about this, just pull the trigger and make the purchase. Threads are smooth like butter, Mac valve actually adjust airflow allowing a wider turning range than expected. making it possible for minute air adjustment with full control and ease. Also the lock spring mechanism is perfectly tight and snug. Plugging in is just as satisfying as it is when I use my garage compressor tools.
