FAQ

- Shipping Speed: We do everything in our power to make sure our customers receive their orders quickly and safely. We use only major carriers and packages leave our warehouse 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

When you select 2nd day shipping option (or it comes for free with your purchase), it means that we will ship it via 2nd day service by one of the carriers, but that does not guarantee delivery on the 2nd day. Especially if order placed on Thursday or Friday. Shipping carrier will count only business days. In most cases 2nd day delivery for the order placed on Friday, will be Tuesday.

Please note: Signature required for any order over $100 paid with a credit card and for any order over $200 paid with PayPal.

Hours of operation: 

- Our shipping department process orders 7 days a week. 

- Retail location in Oldsmar, FL open Monday-Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm. 

- Customer Service responds to emails 7 days a week, however - we're here to answer a phone only Monday to Friday, so if you have an urgency - please send email to sales@spraygunner.com, it will be addressed within 24 hours. 

Some listings on our website will have the 'SELECT' badge placed on them.

These items are eligible for SprayGunner's special care: 

One free service per customer of 'SELECT' airbrush purchased from SprayGunner. 

Have an issue with your new airbrush? Let us know and we will send you a return label and won't charge you any associated labor costs for servicing your airbrush. Only the cost of parts (if not covered by warranty) plus shipping will apply. 

*Offer active within 90 days form the purchase date. **Limited one time offer per individual/business. *** International shipping can be costly! The cost in these cases shall be the responsibility of the customer.
