The Ammo Crystal range is their name for the typical transparent or clear colors. They are used for tinting clear parts, building up layers of color, and various effects like a heated metal look on a motorcycle exhaust. I find the Ammo crystal paints are not as pigmented as, say, Tamiya Clear Orange. This can be good for subtle effects, but not as good for car tail lights and more intense, but clear, items. Like a lot of acrylic paints, adhesion to bare plastic isn't great, which limits it's usefulness on plastic model clear parts.

This line is great for head lights, taillights and any other " crystal type surface on your models, the complete line of color is great for variety.
