This is my first ar compressor and I am using it to paint mini's. It is doing great and I really enjoy using it. Again it is my first and I have never had another one but it does exactly what I need. Thanks Spraygunner
I gotta say I am completely blown away by this little air compressor ! The value for what you get is unmatched. My original intention was to buy the Mr. Hobby L7 to pair with my new Mr. Hobby Popcorn-Boy PS-267 but I couldn’t justify the cost so I figured I’d give the SkyLine a try. At literally 1/6th the cost of the L7 it is an incredible value and dose everything I need it to do. Plus it’s got a tiny little tank in there that helps even out the air flow eliminating air pulsation and it’s got a built in adjustable air pressure regulator with gauge and then to top it all off it has auto shut off so when you’re not pulling the trigger on you brush the motor tops up the little tank and shuts down until you start spraying again. Genius! (The auto shut down was the clincher for me). Granted I’ve only had it for a few weeks so I can’t speak to long term durability but I can say SprayGunner’s willingness to stand behind their branded product and warranty it has taken away any stress I may have had over long term ownership. I’m willing to bet that this is going to be the next ‘it’ compressor and probably will be hard to get and always out of stock once the community discovers this little gem of modern engineered hobby tools
Great little compressor. Would've given it 5 stars but adjusting the spray psi is a bit of a hassle. Seems like I'm turning the adjustment knob more than neccessary. The gauge seems a bit clunky. Doesn't move up or down smoothly....seems.like it gets stuck then moves in a jerky manner. Overall though, I really like it...for the price, it performs very well.
