    NO-NAME Stainless Steel UMOs

Unusual shape looks cool and works better than plain round balls or b.b.s. I am going to keep both sizes on hand.

    These things are great!!!

Posted by Richard Prandoni on Jan 20, 2022

I echo the other reviews completely. These things are superior to the plain round balls. Its great knowing that my paint is thoroughly mixed and no caked pigment remains on the bottom of the bottle!! I'll be ordering more.

    UMO Large.

Posted by Richard Voss on Oct 07, 2021

First, don’t ever use common BB (pellets) as agitators - bad advice from an on-line blog. Even in CC water base paint they eroded. Now the product review: Great expenditure. Work better than round glass marbles or other round ones available. The unique shape and the weight really stir up the round edges of every size paint bottle. This is my second order of these UMO’s; consider buying the large quantity. Yes, they are reusable, but each bottle deserves at least one (or two). I now own a reserve selection of Mini and Large UMO’s. Would recommend to a friend.

    Stainless steel UMOS

Love these! Good wight to them and the flange helps to mix paint quickly and thoroughly. With some you have to add two, with these only one is needed.

    Cut your shake time

Posted by Bade Arts on Apr 21, 2021

It is hard to believe the shape of these will truly make a difference, but it simply does. It yku want a better shaken pain in a fraction of the time. You should purchase these! Not only do they do a better job of mixing your paints, they do not fall into the exit part of a bottle of paint. They are large enough to stay outside of the flow area allowing paint to flow freely from the bottle.

    Heavy, dense, and uniquely shaped

Posted by Logan Raethorne on Apr 09, 2021

I went down a rabbit hole some time ago looking for a superior option for paint agitators/mixing balls. To sum up my findings in total would make this a looking review, so in short: For large bottles (1oz or greater) these are excellent. It's important that agitators are not just large, but dense for their size. These are just that. Overkill (and too big() for 15-17ml bottles. For those, check out AMMO by mig's Stainless steel mixing balls. Lastly, according to the fine folks at Spraygunner, UMOs are specifically made of 304 grade stainless. No steel is rust PROOF, but 304 should be stable for most paints.

    A must have item

If you want to cut down your paint shaking time you need these! Theybdo not rust and the odd shape helps create more surface tension in mixing the pigments in accordance.

    No-name stainless steel, UMOS

Posted by Robert Carlton on Oct 19, 2020

I didn't know they existed until I saw them here at Spraygunner. I ordered them right away, and the Spraygunner team got them here in two days. (kudos) Additionally, their weird design seems able to get paint in the bottles mixed more efficiently and effectively with less unmixed color hanging on the inside walls and corners of the bottle. Excellent concept, price, and quality.
