This is a great airbrush very smooth and predictable, comparible to my iwatas. It is a little on the heavy side but that doesn't hinder me in any way. The only possible issue may be the gasket for the paint cup but after a couple months of use has not been a problem.

Wow – what a brush. Just got it today have sprayed for a couple hours – I know this makes it a all not accurate review, haven’t broken it in yet. I am retired and love to buy brushes – have bought many 10 in the last 2 months. Three Hobby Boy brushes 771, 290 and this brush, My favorite brush till I got this was the Iwata HP-SB Plus. First time I sprayed paint with this brush it sprayed so velvet smooth I hate to say it but at this time I like it much better then the HB-SB Plus. Hobby Boy does something very right this is not the only time a new brush has sprayed so nice the Hobby Boy 771. Love Iwata but if the Hobby Boy brushes hold up over time – well Iwata just became back ups. Please Hobby Boy make a bottom feed brush.

    Overall Great

Overall I like this airbrush much more than my badger patriot. I don't experience as much dry tip. I wish the washer for the cup wasn't leather (or paper?). I will say this takes a bit more work to clean. I like that it gives a bit of flexibility on how you angle the paint cup. I also like the built in ability to backwash it during cleaning. I have only had it a couple of weeks. I purchased this one because most of the others were out of stock. I initially thought the knob on the right was to adjust air pressure, probably wishful thinking on my part, it is actually there so you can switch what side you have the paint cup. It sprays quite nice.

    PS-276 Side Cup

Posted by Jermaine Johnson on Aug 28, 2020

This airbrush is great. It can definitely be a daily driver. It's a bit heavy, but I don't have an issue with it and initially the action seemed a stiff and clicky. After one day of use, the action smoothed out and has been smooth as silk ever since. I do wish they had something more durable than a paper washer in between the body and the side cup. I do love how the cup is not in my line if sight . I replaced the needle cap with a round one, but that's just a preference. So overall , I really like this airbrush and with a few tweaks it could be perfect. I hope the side cup will be available for purchase separately.

Great product by Creos. SG was the first outside Japan to have this brush at the best price and with free shipping. Thanks for the complimentary clean brushes and the great communication.

Another great addition to the Creos line of airbrushes. Side feed gravity, left or right side option. Sprays nice and smooth.
