Description

Createx Airbrush Colors Iridescent Fuchsia 5508

The Createx Airbrush Colors Iridescent Fuchsia 5508 is a high-quality and versatile product that offers vibrant and stunning results. These water-based, acrylic colors are specially formulated with pearlescent powders, giving them a unique iridescent effect.

The semi-gloss finish of these colors adds a sophisticated touch to any project, whether it's fine art, crafts, or automotive customization. To enhance the pearlescent finish and protect your work, we recommend applying a top coat such as the Createx 4050 UVLS Gloss clear or 5604 Gloss Top coat. This will give your project a vibrant and long-lasting pearlescent finish that will truly stand out.

The Createx Airbrush Colors Iridescent Fuchsia 5508 is designed to be used over a white, grey, or black base for best results. This semi-opaque color will give your artwork depth and dimension. When using these colors with an airbrush, we recommend using tip sizes between 0.3mm to 0.5mm at a pressure of 25 – 40+ psi. This will ensure smooth and consistent application.

For those using smaller tip sizes and lower psi settings, these colors can be thinned with the 4011 Reducer. This will make the colors more suitable for your specific airbrushing needs. Additionally, if you are working with plastics or other hard surfaces, mixing the colors with the 4030 Balancing Clear will improve adhesion and durability.

To learn more about the technical specifications and guidelines for using Createx Airbrush Colors, please refer to the technical data sheet provided on our website. It contains detailed information on application techniques, surface preparation, and other useful tips.

Looks good over white base coat

I like to apply it over white sealer. Easy to apply with 0.5 airbrush.

Fuchsia AND an iridescent; heavenly sent love potion #9

Posted by Iridescent’s are not only for fishing lures. on Jan 21, 2022

Okay, even CC markets the iridescent line toward fishing lure artists. They are a great top-coat hi-light effects paint. They do a fantastic job at light refracting; fishing lures come alive. Don’t sell this line short -may more applications. I’m using it as a mid-coat over a CC white sealer, and a CC’s charcoal viola metallic base. 4 solid coats and I’ve got a “hot-pink” component to my Lowrider pedal car. Looking good. What are you going to do with yours?

    Beautiful colors.

I love the look of the Pearlescent and Iridescent colors, and the pearls are my favorite, but they don’t spray well at all, the iridescent colors, while not as pretty as the pearls, I can use my .3mm tip, and can turn my pressure down to around 20psi, I mostly paint small ceramic figurines and the pearl you have to use a .5mm tip and spray at around 40 psi.
