    Several great uses

Great for making opaque colors more transparent without making them too watery. A good medium for mixing colors you want to be more transparent as well. Supposed to be a great sealer for T-shirt art, though I haven't used it that way yet. You could probably use it as an intercoat, but I think you'd be better off using UVLS Gloss.

    5601 CREATEX TRANSPARENT BASE

Works like it should maybe I sprayed over it a little too soon. I just did not see much of a difference about using less paint on black t shirts. Only time will tell if it made the difference. Thanks Russell

    Clear base

I use this to get a variety of transparencies without thinning the paint, as a protective coat on projects waiting to be cleared, and to help seal fibers when heat set on dark shirts so i use less paint.

    Great base

This is a great base to use when you want to make an opaque color more transparent. I've also used it to make my own paint using mica powder but I don't think it is recommended to use it for that. Needs to be thinned before using with an airbrush.

    Works great as a intercoat

I use it as a intercoat to tape over, and also use it in the Createx airbrush line of paints, that way I don’t have to use so much 4011 reducer, and it really helps your paint flow well!!

I used this both to thin my Createx airbrush colors, and as a intercoat for taping off, when you mix with your paint, my airbrush sprays great!!

    5601 Transparent Base

A must have in your paint Arsenal. I use it mostly for adding body to Illustration and bloodline colors that have rich pigments. Not only does it give more body but also helps with the flow of paint and I use 4012 Reducer and when the transparent base is mixed in with a Illustration or Bloodline color for body, and reduce with the 4012 it’s as smooth as spraying water through the airbrush. I’ve also used it for a protective intercoat when taping graphics off. Which is the best part, the transparent base has multiple uses so basically your gettin a “Army Swiss Knife” with transparent base! Must have!
