Anest Iwata Series 2 LS-400 Digital Spray Gun Eco Set (Supernova replacement)

Choose your airbrush based on your current climate and what size meets your spray gunning needs. Set comes with gun, metal cup, cleaning tools, nozzle wrenches, and iwata spray gun lube! This  gun is the digital version!

Climate-based variations:

ET, which comes in four sizes: 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm and 1.5mm. The ET nozzles are specially designed for standard and humid conditions, where less energy is required to get the material from A to B, in turn
controlling the wetness. The ET spray patterns are flat and even with no center wetness, whilst the top and bottom of the patterns have soft edges, making for an effortless and unmatched application experience with exceptional laydown abilities.

ETSwhich comes in four sizes: 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm and 1.5mm, but is designed specifically for dry conditions where it is difficult to apply waterborne and solvent-based basecoats in those extreme situations. The ETS has the same fluid delivery as the ET, but the material is placed slightly more centrally, allowing for a slightly wetter and faster application experience; this also helps to deliver the material from spray gun to panel without it drying in-between.

LS BASE LINE HVLP technology for a wider range of basecoat applications.

ADVANCED ERGONOMICS AND USABILITY FOR THE FUTURE: Iwata has pushed the boundaries of the original design, resulting in a more contoured, lightweight body with improved balance. The shape, position, and angle of the knobs have been developed to make them comfortable and responsive to use. The trigger has been optimized to provide excellent comfort and sensitivity for the user. In the body of the spray gun, there are refined micro-details of all moving and sensitive parts that allow the gun to achieve a shorter shape and lighter weight than the previous version. This gun also features a brand-new special surface treatment based on PVD technology that both strengthens the spray gun body and also improves it's look.

This gun maintains Anest Iwata's outstanding engineering expertise developed over the years. Some of these elements include the non-removable solid air flow baffle, the gasketless system in the paint nozzle's connection with the double-taper sealing construction, and the conical air cap design, which maintains the consistency of the spray's performance throughout the coating experience.

Brand new Split NozzleTM 2.0 makes a big difference, boasting the most advanced paint atomisation technology in the industry. Since Anest Iwata invented pre-atomisation technology in 1993, it has never stopped striving to improve it. The most advanced pre-atomisation technology, ‘Split NozzleTM 2.0’, was developed exclusively for the Series 2 spray guns to offer unrivalled performance with all new and traditional types of auto refinish paint, as well as all application types and climates.

Each set-up is already optimized for each application, meaning that they can deliver the best performance straight out of the box. The Series 2 provides you with a whole new level of spray gun experience for your spray painting work!

Often imitated, never duplicated: ANEST IWATA’s unique fan pattern remains one of a kind. Thanks to improved atomisation by Split NozzleTM 2.0 Technology, our engineers are not limited by the lack of adjustable parameters that restrict traditional nozzles, allowing them to craft the perfect fan pattern:

• CHARACTERISED BY A FLAT SHAPE.
• BALANCED, EVEN DISTRIBUTION OF THE DROPLETS.
• APPLICATION MADE EASY AND ALMOST EFFORTLESS FOR THE USER.
• NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IMPERFECT OVERLAPS.

The combination of improved atomisation and the ideal fan pattern gets the job done for you.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE:

• Low material and air consumption: keeping costs low
and saving the environment.
• Perfect colour reproduction: less manual adjustment.
• Perfect finish: because everyone loves a perfect finish.
• Improved process safety: less reworking, less hassle.
