Mission Models offers five essential primer colors. Their primer is smooth and durable. No sanding needed. Will not hide the finest of details. Please note you must use Mission Models thinner with Mission Models primers. No substitutions. Mission Models thinner activates Mission Models primer. There are no tricks. Just mix the Thinner, Primer, and spray. Mission Models thinner is very powerful which means minimal thinner is needed. If the Primer is translucent when spraying you have over thinned. Mission Models Primer may look a bit thicker than normal. That is OK!

Doesn't bond

Tried different variants of thinner combos and it didn't want to bond to the filament. I eventually got enough on there with multiple coats but it's not even. Pretty disappointed and wish I had stuck with spray paint for priming.

Not smooth as One Shot

Having difficulty laying down a smooth coat, unlike Ammo by MiG (Badger) One Shot primer which is far better. However, my favorite acrylic paints are Mission Model Paints
and have them flowing and covering excellently - just their primers are causing me consternation!

Ive used other primers before and this primer went on my model with smallest effort Ive ever experienced.

This primer works great !! sprays well, Level perfectly , very forgiving, dries well too.

Good paints

Mission models has been my growing favorite in the acrylic line. Their primers are nice and can also be mixed with their paints.
